ALTOGETHER

APSU is a partner in the “ALTOGETHER: employers and employees developing effective consultation and participation system to address the COVID19 impact”,  which will be implemented from 2022 to 2024. The project has partners from Spain, Germany, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Serbia. 

Project objectives:

• identify the main issues and problems that workers and employers have faced during the COVID-19 pandemic concerning information, consultation and participation mechanisms in companies and, based on the findings of an in-depth analysis, provide lasting tools and mechanisms for workers and employees.
• to increase the capacity of the employees and employers and support them in setting up and improving effectively functioning information, consultation, and participation mechanisms to address the COVID19 pandemic impact and engage them in recovery. This will be based on achievements from the first objective and its specific objectives so that activities will be based on findings users’ needs, and stakeholders’ analysis. The objective will be achieved by promoting an online self-learning platform, creating self-learning training modules, and practical activities for the users, launching and providing support through Consultation Centers, and organising international workshops and national-level capacity building and multiplier events in 7 countries.
