ISIDE

APSU is partner of the ISIDE project, which will last for 24 months and has partners from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Bulgaria.

Project Objectives:

• adapt vocational education and training to labour market needs with

two priorities: environment and fight against climate change; addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience, and capacity

• develop among SMEs’ workers in the partnership context skills concerning environmental sustainability and social responsibility useful to model strategies, business, organization processes and measurement tools;
• align SMEs to environmental and social impact strategies starting from their characteristics and not from large businesses’ point of view;
• update and upskill teachers and consultants on technical and educational methods and tools.

Final Results:

• A learning programme for the sustainability and social innovation of enterprises inside of which there will be the fundamental elements of the ISIDE program;
• Open educational resources videos;
• To develop an assessment game;
• To create the ISIDE guide: a methodological guide useful for teachers/trainers in VET and advisors/consultants to do an enterprise’s check-up, to individuate the needed steps to assess and improve the social impact of the enterprise’s actions and to elaborate and action plan to reengineer the business model of the enterprise.
• A virtual mobility;
• A face-to-face mobility;

To create a trainers, teachers, experts and consultants network.
