Associação Portuguesa de Startups (APSU) is one of the partners of the European project Top 10 2020, which has a 24 months duration and has partners from Portugal, Spain, Ireland, United Kingdom, Latvia and Poland.
The purpose of this project is to prepare youngsters and to requalify current European workers, regarding the needs that the work market will demand from them to respond to the increasing changes brought by technology. The work to be developed was based on the “World Economic Forum – The Future of Jobs”, where the soft skills needed by 2020 are presented.
Results: The partnership will create a training tool set for trainers, managers and workers that will allow them to develop soft skills and the key competences for the job market.
